I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the Zocalo. However, the service was lacking as the staff at the reception desk were not helpful and even rude. The location was excellent, right in the town center, but the dining experience was underwhelming despite the variety of Mexican pastries available.

I stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The rooms lacked a little air, with a balcony and a full sliding door that helped control the temperature; however, they all faced inside, making it feel a bit closed off. The service was a bit up and down, with some employees trying their best while others were quite unhelpful. The location was excellent, right in the city center close to all the action. Dining was a hit and miss, with some dishes being good while others were disappointing. The facilities were decent, nothing exceptional.
